As part of our effort to encourage more people to enjoy our facilities we have streamlined our approach for non-members and how they can visit the club.
Part of this includes an always available Guest Pass for visitors who have never been to the club before and our Day Pass option (formally a Casual Visit) for recurring guests.
GUEST PASS
For anyone looking to visit the club for the very first time they have the option to now complete our Guest Pass form on our iPads at the concierge desk. This has been something we have offered during special marketing campaigns but this will now be available to all new prospective members as a complimentary pass.
- When a new prospect walks into the club and requests a Guest Pass you will need to instruct them to complete the Guest Pass form on the iPad so they are then entered into Hubspot. This is only available for people who have never visited the club before.
- Once they have completed the digital form you can then offer to take them around the club to show them the facilities on offer. During which time you can find out if they are interested in joining the club or if this is a one-time visit.
- Upon the completion of their session in the club, you can raise the option of looking at possible memberships plans. Depending on their response you will need to update their Hubspot profile with the Lead Status Undecided/Became a Member/Not Interested.
- If the prospect completes the Guest Pass via a marketing campaign promotion then you can follow the instructions provided here.
DAY PASS
Originally named Casual Visit, we will now offer a Day Pass for anyone looking to visit the club for a single workout session. This is available to all prospective members who have already been to the club before through our Guest Pass offering. The cost is $25 per day/person and is deducted from their membership if they choose to join FIT through one of our membership plans. If someone chooses to use our Day Pass on multiple occasions then only their last visit will be deducted from their membership plan.
When someone walks into the club and requests a Day Pass the process is similar to what you have been doing in the past.
- When a guest walks into the club you will need to instruct them to complete the Day Pass form on the iPad so that they are entered into Hubspot. If the guest has never been to the club before then please offer them a Guest Pass, not a Day Pass.
- Once they have completed the forms you will need to process the payment of $25 and offer to help assist them if they require assistance in booking into a class.
- Upon the completion of their session in the club, you can raise the option of looking at possible memberships plans. Depending on their response you will need to update their Hubspot profile with the Lead Status Undecided/Became a Member/Not Interested.
If the prospective member wishes to purchase a multi-day pass then you can process them as per usual and add them to Hubspot like any new member.
