We will run GUEST PASS campaigns throughout the year to our prospects where they will be able to come into the club for one day only and get a feel for the club and it’s facilities.
If they are looking to participate in a class then they will need to organise this at the concierge desk during staffed hours.
- A prospect will complete the GUEST PASS form on the website.
- They will be entered into Hubspot automatically under PROSPECT.
- An automated email will be sent to them which will outline that they have signed up for our GUEST PASS offer and they must show their email at the desk during staffed hours.
- Once they have come into the club:
- Make a NOTE on their CONTACT page (see below).
- “Guest Pass redeemed on [INSERT DATE].
- Create a TASK to follow up with the prospect in 3 days and then 10 days later if the member does not progress further (ie. becomes a member).
