Understanding Our Marketing Funnel

Our current marketing funnel can be split  into six (6) main categories - generation, connection, engagement, qualification, membership and cancellation.

Within these categories we are able to manage key marketing comms through emails, social media and our website. As you can see, each stage represents a different lifecycle stage for our prospects relevant to their touchpoints with the concierge team.

At the moment, we have a number of applications that manage our marketing funnel from Google Sheets, Links (AC) and Klaviyo. We also run all of our internal comms through email and/or Whatsapp.
