Key Responsibilities

Member Engagement:

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist members with inquiries, provide information about club services, and offer guidance on facility amenities.

Membership Sales Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and sell memberships. Provide tours of the facility to prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits.

Facility Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of club facilities, classes, programs, and events. Stay informed about current fitness trends, wellness initiatives, and industry updates.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department. Assist with membership paperwork, processing sign-ups, cancellations, membership suspensions and maintaining accurate member records.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve member concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless member experience.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Monitor access to the facility, ensuring only authorised individuals enter. Follow health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines, to maintain a safe environment.
