How to Interact with Hubspot

A contact in HubSpot is an individual that has come through one of our lead forms or is an existing member.

HubSpot holds their personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information such as the source they came from, the form they used on the site, their engagement on the website and any other relevant data. Contacts are the starting point for all new prospects that come through and most of your interactions within HubSpot will be within contacts.

CONTACT DETAILS

This is where you’ll find the contact’s details including email, phone number, lifecycle stage and more.

When communicating with the contact we want to keep as much of this within Hubspot so that we can track all outgoing and incoming communications. To do this there are a number of options such as email, call (pending), create a task and set up a meeting.

LEAD STATUS

This is where you can see what stage the prospect is currently in. This also functions as the trigger for our workflows which create the tasks that you see on a daily basis. It's important that you keep this status up to date.

DEAL*

Please note that this function has been removed from Hubspot and no longer necessary.

CONTACT OVERVIEW

This section gives us a snapshot of the contact including any open tickets (help requests) and more importantly recent comms between the concierge team and the contact.
