The time has come and we are very excited to launch the FIT GAMES to our members where they will be able to challenge themselves and their friends.
We would love to see the whole team get behind the event and engage with members, chatting to them about the challenge and encouraging them to sign up to the event. The event will take place in StudioONE on Saturday 30th of November, with time slots from 6:30am. Pat has programmed the event with eight challenging exercises and members can opt to compete as individuals or buddy up with a partner.
Overview
We will be running alternating workouts - individual and partner - throughout the event where members will be able to challenge themselves, their friends or the clock. Each workout has been designed by Pat and his team so we know it'll be a challenge.

Schedule
The schedule has been broken down into 4 time slots per session type -
Individual Sessions 6.30 AM - 7.10 AM |
Partner Sessions 7.00 AM - 7.40 AM |
Each session is capped at 40 minutes.
Training Sessions
These sessions is an opportunity for our member's to finesse their technique, develop and trial their ability for this challenge, so that come game day they are hitting their ultimate PBs.
These training sessions are a great place to find a partner, if they would like to compete in the Partners category.
To book into these sessions they will need to do so via the FIT app.
