Your Training Program
We are very excited to announce our Exhale Reformer Relaunch for the 24th March 2025. Since we opened the doors to the Reformer studio back in September 2019 this studio has continued to grow from strength to strength, quickly earning its place as our most popular within FIT. With this established success, we now have the opportunity to refine, define and develop the Reformer experience for not only our members, but also you, our instructors, relaunching the studio with a refresh of our class programming.
Inline with this relaunch, we will also be introducing extenders to the Reformer beds. This will provide additional stability for members by extending the surface area of the platform and allow you to incorporate new exercises into your classes.
Our new classes styles will be called Sculpt, Conditioning and Revive. Each class style has its own defined objectives and outcomes for our members, but all have been designed to be inclusive for all of our members, with modifications for all levels of experience and ability.
Read below to learn about the new class styles and watch sample sequences that demonstrate the style of each class, brought to you by our very own Barbs, Gillian and Elize. Once you have completed this content, please book in your 15 minute one-on-one catch up with Elsa to discuss questions, queries, feedback and ensure you are prepared for your first classes in this new format, starting from the 24th of March 2025.
Please note, this training is confidential and for internal purposes only.
The broader FIT Team will be notified of the Relaunch w/c Monday 24th February 2025 (4 weeks prior to launch). Members will be notified of the relaunch w/c Monday 3rd March 2025 (3 weeks prior to launch).
