Communicating with Prospects & Members

One of the main benefits of Hubspot is the ability to communicate with prospects and current members directly through Hubspot and have your messages and their responses recorded.

This allows for greater transparency when working with a large group within the concierge team, as well as the ability to create automated tasks to follow-up, respond or connect with prospects and/or members. 

This can be done via email and phone call (coming soon) as well as creating tasks for team members to follow-up with, notes to give greater detail around a certain member/prospect and information around when the last time they were contacted. When you schedule a meeting or send an email through Hubspot this will be saved within the contact’s records and we will be able to view specific information such as when the opened the email and did they respond.

We also have the ability to log external communications through the contact profile as well (see attached image). This will create a log within the members/prospects overview under ‘Recent communications’.
